Weekly Menu Plan #52 ~ A Year of Menu Planning!

Modified, GF version of veggie laksa from last week
Partay!  This week marks 52 weeks of menu plans!  A whole year, ladies and gents!  The entire year's worth of our menu plan collection can be found here.  I kinda just like to sit here and gaze at it.  That's a lotta work right there, folks, and I'm happy to share it with you.  This pre-Thanksgiving week will be simple so we can save all our culinary energy for the gloriousness that is next week.  Besides, Jeremy will be out of town for half of it so I'll be in Miss Minimal.  Except I do want to make a fun, leisurely breakfast on Monday since there is no school.

  1. Katie,

I'm so thankful for the time you put into posting your mealplans and little glimpses into your life and family. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. My two kiddle-diddles benefit from what I learn from this blog.
