- 1 1/2 cups crispy walnuts
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 pinch paprika
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 pinch Celtic sea salt
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar (optional)
