After the discouraging news of our escrow possibly being delayed until the beginning of December, we received a most surprising call on this Thanksgiving Eve, and were asked to drive to the ranch to claim our keys. It was a regular Thanksgiving miracle! Upon driving up to our new home, our eyes beheld the most spectacular housewarming gifts:
and
We looked outside from new windows,
discovered new hiding places,
uncovered a little 1960's goodness,
and officially. Closed. Escrow.
Happy Thanksgiving
Yay!!! So happy for you!!

ReplyDeleteI have a question for you... You mentioned before that you live in California. Is this new home of yours in CA? We live in CA and were surprised at what you pay for raw milk per gallon. If you still get that milk... Can I ask where you get it? We have been looking for raw milk and in the store it is about $8.00 for 1/2 a gallon and we can not afford that (we drink 4 gallons of milk a week). I tried to find a way to contact you and ask but I couldn't. Thus I am asking in a comment.
You can email me a response about this if you prefer.
Thanks and may the Lord bless your family - Megan P.
